Shipping Locations

Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your chosen shipping method and location:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country

Order Confirmation and Tracking

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Thread Arrt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Thread Arrt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Address
If the address provided at checkout is incorrect and results in a return of the package to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package to the correct address.
Returns and Refunds
For information on returns and refunds, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. If you find a product to be defective upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. A video of the unboxing process, clearly showing the defect, is mandatory to qualify for a return. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 working days if the return is approved.
