Returns

• A video of the unboxing process, clearly showing the defect, is mandatory to qualify for a return.
• Please contact our customer service team with the unboxing video and details of the defect to initiate the return process.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request if the product is found to be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
